Nutriband Inc. Sells Majority Stake in Pocono Pharmaceutical

Nutriband shares are trading higher after announcing the sale of a 90% stake in its subsidiary Pocono Pharmaceutical for $5M USD, with plans to use the proceeds for development of its AVERSA Fentanyl patch, a potential leader in abuse-deterrent opioid technology.
