Reliance Global Group Monetizes Fortman Insurance to Fund Strategic Acquisition

RELIANCE GLOBAL GROUP shares are trading higher after the company signed a Letter of Intent to sell Fortman Insurance for $5 million in cash, building reserves for its planned acquisition of Spetner Associates.
